X'Qala' l-Bahar?: Back on screen

Television and Media production house Where's Everybody, is proud to announce the return of sea documentary and lifestyle programme X'Qala' l-Bahar for its 5th season this April. Following its success in it's previous seasons, X'Qala l-Bahar is dedicated to provide another educative and entertaining season by exploring the many adventures the Maltese sea has to offer.

The recent unfavorable weather conditions have failed to stop the production of the programme in preparation for it's 5th season. Producer Emi Farrugia reports that the programme will be surfacing mystic stories of the sea, some of which might go down in history.

Pablo Micallef, responsible for X'Qala' l-Bahar's quests, has set his mind on discovering the exact location and remains of Saint Paul's shipwreck: A historical site often referred to as the 'holy grail' of ship wrecks, dating back exactly 2000 years from the birth of Saint Paul himself.

The series will feature undiscovered marine life, diving, wrecks, sea creatures, investigations, and delicious recipes.

X'Qala l-Bahar, the programme that opens a window to the underwater world. Aired every Sunday at 6.10pm after the news on TVM.

MV Glenorchy found

Co-ordinates of MV Glenorchy found

The X'Qala l-Bahar production team, headed by Emi Farrugia, are proud to announce that they have found the co-ordinates of the MV Glenorchy, a merchant ship that was part of the Convoy of Santa Marija. The MV Glenorchy was sunk by a German e-boat torpedo, with no survivors. Until now, the ship had not been found.

According to the team, information was given by local fisherman, and nobody knows what type of wreck it is, though it is known by locals as the Mexican.
